·The service life of various components in pneumatic system is quite different, such as directional valve, cylinder and other components with relative sliding parts, their service life is relatively short. However, many auxiliary components have longer relative life due to less movable parts.The service life of various filters mainly depends on the service life of the filter element, which is closely related to the air quality after air source treatment. Such as the emergency stop switch, which does not often act, to ensure the reliability of its action, it must be regularly maintained. Therefore, the maintenance cycle of the pneumatic system can only be determined according to the use frequency of the system, the importance of the pneumatic device and the status of routine and regular maintenance. It is generally overhauled once a year.
·Before maintenance, the use, working principle and internal parts movement of the component should be known in advance according to product samples and operation instructions. If necessary, refer to the maintenance manual. According to the fault type, it should be estimated which part of the problem is more before disassembly.
